Osei- Wusu is a Chemical  engineer (Professor of Chemical Engineering, PhD Chemical Engineering 2005 KNUST Ghana, MSc (Chemical Engineering), 1989, and BSc (Chemical Engineering), 1987, at Technical University of Budapest, Hungary) with 32 years’ experience in the research lecturing, managing, design, startup, and operation of chemical production, food processing, petroleum refining, and waste handling and treatment processes, as well as in the design, startup.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ebenezer is a chemical engineer specializing in operations strategy and performance management with 7 years’ experience in operational strategy and performance management, the design, startup, and operation of chemical production, food processing, Thermal power generation, HRSG, rubber processing, petroleum refining, and waste handling and treatment processes, as well as in the design, startup, and operation of process control systems and computer process modelling and simulation.

An Instrumentation and Process Control Engineer, FS Engineer TUV Rheinland(Certified Functional Safety Engineer) with 20+ years of experience in Concept Engineering, Front End Engineering design,  Detailed design, Construction and commissioning of oil and gas upstream projects,  Refineries, Petrochemicals, Thermal power plants and Nuclear power plants. Good experience in Engineering documentation,  Bid evaluations, providing solutions to clients etc. Worked in Middle East countries such as Oman, UAE,  Qatar and Kuwait for multinational clients and project value up-to 4 billion USD. A Chemical engineer MEng IEng AMIChemE (M.S., Ukrainian State Chemical Technology University, 2009) with 12 years of experience in the design, startup, and operation of chemical production, Equipment Engineering and construction, R&D new technologies reagents for municipal and industrial water treatment, such as coagulants, antiscalants, reagents for RO system, etc, water treatment stations, recovering precious metals from an ore and waste, producing deoiled sunflower lecithin and R&D in chemical technology with developing technology from glass to full-scale plant.

Andrew Womuah is a Chief Process Engineer, A chemical engineer (B.Tech, Kumasi Technical University, 2015) with 10 years experience in the startup, shutdown and operation of petroleum refinery (RFCC) and associated utilities including LPG vaporizer, steam and nitrogen generators, and water and wastewater treatment, gas processing and sweetening, and gas re-injection to gas wells, commissioning of refining units

A Chemical Engineer (BSc. Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, HND Kumasi Technical University) My current role on the Guyana offshore oil and gas facility (SBM Lisa Prosperity FPSO) is a Senior Production Technician. With over 15 years of experience in the downstream and upstream oil industry, I have honed my skills in developing, configuring, and optimizing FPSO operations. I possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in both Control Room and process plant operations, and I excel in a collaborative team environment. I am committed to constantly updating my skills and readily adapting to changes in the industry.

My exceptional organizational skills and efficient time management make me a valuable asset to any project. I am widely recognized as a passionate and proactive leader in health and safety, consistently prioritizing the well-being of my team and adhering to strict safety protocols. Throughout my career, I have held various roles in offshore Oil and Gas environments, including Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, Production Operator, Safety Representative, and Standing CCR.

With a strong background in chemical engineering, I have consistently demonstrated a proven track record of working safely and effectively on numerous major projects. I have actively participated in incident investigations, resolving issues such as Hypochlorite generation, TEG (Triethylene Glycol) loss remediation, and most recently, troubleshooting and restarting an Enhanced Liquid Recovery System. My expertise and problem-solving abilities have been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and success of these projects.

By leveraging my extensive experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to safety, I continue to contribute to the growth and prosperity of the offshore oil and gas industry.
